Ahhhhh school holidays….
Full of hope and dreams at the beginning – things like doors being painted, the underneath of houses getting tidied up, pantries getting sorted, and linen cupboards and offices. And then BOOM! Just like that it’s all over and none of those things have been done, but a whole lot of glorious NOTHING has 😉
That’s how I’m feeling now – like how did I get to this pointy end of the holidays already where doing things like covering books is required – let it be noted that I am actually not covering the books, the person who wants them covered is doing it! I’m not a fan of doing them, drives me batty and feels like double handling – the book has a cardboard cover on it already right?
So here we are, school next week.
